By purchasing from this store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Copyright & Usage
All images are the exclusive property of Colten Wenger and are protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a print or digital file does not transfer copyright. Digital downloads are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in writing. Images may not be resold, edited, reproduced, or used commercially without express permission.
2. Prints & Products
Prints and products are produced by professional print labs through Pixieset. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final. Color and brightness may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device settings compared to the final printed product.
3. Digital Downloads
Once a digital file has been downloaded, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Please ensure you select the correct image and file size before completing your purchase. You are responsible for safely storing your downloaded files after delivery.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. I will gladly work with you to resolve the problem or arrange a replacement when applicable.
5. Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed through Pixieset’s integrated print labs and may take several business days to ship. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate; I am not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
6. Personal Use License (for digital files)
Digital downloads include a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may:
• Print the images for personal display or gifts
• Use the images as personal screen savers or backgrounds
You may not:
• Sell, license, or share the files with others
• Edit, alter, or use them for commercial purposes

By purchasing or downloading digital images from this store, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of those images
1. Copyright Ownership
All photographs remain the exclusive property and copyright of Colten Wenger. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership or copyright. The buyer is granted a personal-use license only, as outlined below.
2. Permitted Uses (Personal Use License)
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased digital images for personal purposes only, including:
• Printing the images for personal display, gifts, or home decor.
• Using the images digitally for personal backgrounds, profile photos, or screen savers.
• Sharing the images on social media platforms with proper credit to @wingtipmedia (where applicable).
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
• Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files to any third party.
• Use the images for commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes without written permission.
• Edit, alter, or manipulate the images beyond minor cropping or resizing.
• Enter the images into contests, claim them as your own, or use them in a way that implies authorship.
• Print or reproduce the images for resale, trade, or exhibition.
4. Commercial Use Licensing
If you wish to use an image for commercial, editorial, or marketing purposes, please contact:

5. No Refunds on Digital Products
Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all digital image sales are final. Please confirm your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
6. Liability
Wingtip Media and Colten Wenger are not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of digital files once delivered. You are responsible for securely storing your purchased images.
7. Agreement
By purchasing or downloading any image, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this license in full.
